Delete account
If you have signed in, you can delete that account here. The notes and photos stored on the server for it go with it, and they cannot be brought back.

1. What gets deleted
Deleting the account permanently removes it, along with every note and photo stored on the server for that account. Signing out does not delete any of that — it only signs this device out.
2. How to delete it
- Use the button below and sign in to the account you want to delete. If you are already signed in, you go straight to Settings.
- At the bottom of Settings, find “Delete account”.
- If the account has a password, enter the current password, then confirm.
The app and the mini program have the same control, also in Settings. It deletes the same account.
3. If you never signed in
Entries written without signing in stay on that device. There is no account on the server to delete. Clearing browser data, or uninstalling the app, removes those local entries, and we cannot recover them for you.
4. Contact us
If you cannot sign in, or the steps above do not delete the account, write to hello#xingzhiapp.com (replace # with @).
